It depends on the item, and the range is wide. Around half of the stock listings have a MOQ of about 100 metres, roughly one in ten will sell from 1 metre, and some whole-lot batches run to over a thousand metres. Every product page states its own MOQ and you can sort on it while filtering. A stock lot is a factory surplus batch by nature, so small quantities are normal and there is more room to negotiate than on newly woven goods.

Four pricing methods run side by side: per metre, per kilogram, per yard and per roll, plus a single price for a whole lot. Heavyweight fabrics and knits usually go by the kilogram, wovens mostly by the metre. The product page shows the pricing unit for that particular item, so do not compare a per-kilogram price directly against a per-metre one. All current quotes are in Chinese yuan, and cross-border orders can be converted at the exchange rate of the day the order is placed.

The listed price on stock goods is normally the real price, and a stock lot is already priced below newly produced goods. For a large quantity, or if you want to take the whole lot, start an enquiry on the product page and the seller will quote separately for your volume. A few items are marked "negotiable", and those you can simply discuss.

You can request a cutting. Every stock listing supports cuttings: a small piece of cloth is sent to you to match the colour, judge the hand feel or send for testing. Swatches are charged by size and quantity, freight is billed separately, and the exact amount is calculated for you when you submit the request. Do not skip the colour matching step — nobody can say in advance how far the colour on a screen is from the actual cloth.

Yes, and it is the one thing to settle when buying stock lots. Shade variation between dye lots of the same fabric is inherent to dyeing and finishing, not a quality fault. We show the dye lot on the product page and ship a single lot per order wherever possible. If your quantity spans more than one lot, take a cutting first to confirm the variation is acceptable, or place separate orders lot by lot.

Use fabric image search. Photograph a piece of cloth, or upload the picture your customer sent, and the system matches it against the stock on pattern and texture to find the closest articles. Stand back a little when you shoot: fill the frame with the cloth but do not get too close — from very close up all you capture is magnified weave structure, which pulls the search off course. A colour cast or a low-resolution phone camera does no harm.

You need to buy a commercial licence first. Every pattern in the library is an original design, priced between a few yuan and fifty yuan, and may be used in production once bought out. Preview images carry a tracking watermark and are for selection only, not for printing — the production-ready source files are supplied after licensing.

Yes. Reworking a pattern to your colour card is a routine request; contact us and state the colourway you want. If what you need is exclusivity — that is, no further licensing to anyone else after your buyout — that can be arranged too, at a separately agreed price.

Use pattern image search: upload the image and it is matched on pattern structure and colourway. A picture from your customer, a street shot or a photograph of an old swatch all work, and a colour cast or a slightly blurred re-shot image matters little. Ideally the image should hold nothing but the pattern itself — scene shots with models or furniture in them pull the match off course.

Use a platform-guaranteed transaction. The payment is held in escrow by the platform and does not go straight into the seller account; the money is released to the seller only after you have approved the first article sample. The system enforces this step — without sample approval nothing is released, even once the automatic confirmation deadline has passed.

The platform provides HS code lookup, duty rates, certificate of origin applications and assistance with customs documents, and logistics costs can be estimated in advance.
