Add them to a bill of materials and you get a document a factory can buy against, so you no longer have to describe in words which "32s pure cotton" you mean. Several factories read the sheet and quote, the sampling fee is held in escrow by the platform, and it is released only after you receive the sample and are satisfied.

Pick materials and build the bill of materials
Choose directly from the fabric, zippers and buttons, lining and print library on sale, down to the exact article number and colour.

Post the sampling request
Upload the sketch, enter sizes, construction and quantity, and state whether you send the materials or the factory buys them. Posting takes 10 minutes.

Factories read the sheet and quote
Opening the bill of materials tells the factory how easy the materials are to buy and what they cost, so the sampling fee and lead time it quotes are closer to reality.

Choose a factory and pay into escrow
Pick one quote and pay. The sampling fee is held in escrow by the platform first, and the factory starts work once it sees the funds arrive.

Sample making · shipping · release
The factory buys the materials against the sheet, makes the sample and ships it. The escrow amount is settled to the factory only after you receive the sample, inspect it and approve it.
Why order the sample through the platform
  • The bill of materials names the exact article number and colour, so the factory does not have to guess and cannot pick the wrong material and produce a sample that does not match
  • Material cost is estimated on the spot from list prices; add the labour cost the factory quotes and the total sampling cost is clear at a glance
  • Once the sample garment is approved, the bill of materials can be added to the cart in one step for the bulk order, so you do not select materials twice
  • The sampling fee stays in escrow throughout, several factories bid on one request, and price and lead time can be compared side by side
